Noticed in our DEV/TEST/PROD environments the IIS Worker Process make the CPU go really high... and cause Black Pearl Designer quick working.

I try to perform and iisreset /noforce but no luck...still CPU really high until BlackPearl is restarted.

I wonder if somebody have experience the same issue and have some suggestions on how to monitor the threshold to make sure K2 BlackPearl is up & running as stable as possible.

THX Dino.

Hi Dino,

How much RAM is your W3WP and K2HostServer Process consuming?

It might be worth while to gather memory dumps of those Processes and analyze them using a tool like DebugDiag (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49924)

Jean,

The answer to that is close to 90%. Sometimes it stays between 70% and 80%.

Thanks,

Bryan Peters
