Hi,
Upgraded K2 from 5.3 to 5.6 and K2 smart forms are insisting to enter credentials every time they tried to login.
it supposed to be take windows credentials automatically.
Can anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Resolved this after updating group policy with enabling access.
