I am trying to create a workflow that will allow users to assign tasks dynamically in K2 Studio. Basicly when they complete the task the task form should contain a people picker to enter the next assignees name. In K2 Designer for SharePoint I am able to do this easily by creating a data field type of people/group, however that data field type is not an option in K2 Studio. I am not using smartforms for this by the way.
Is there a way to achieve this with K2 studio?
Theoretically anything you do in K2 Designer for SharePoint you should be able to easily do as well in K2 Studio. I'll look into this and see what I come up with.

Can you guide me how you are able to assign values from Smartform People-picker control to person/group data field in K2 designer workflow?
I have a requirement to assign user task to the users who are selected in the form people picker. Which value should I assign to the data field to resolve it as a person? Is it email? Please help.
