Migration to 365, Autodiscover failure

We have moved our K2 mailbox to our 365 tenancy and having problems connecting to it.

We have performed the API setup successfully as per KB003363, rerun the K2 setup changing the mailserver from OnPrem to 365 and updated the connections strings, plus updated the Environment Library mail server settings and string table mail server settings.

We have validated the TLS settings are also correct.

Error we receive when performing a Smart Object Test for Exchange Calendar is:

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I believe with Exchange Online you should use the ‘Exchange Online’ feature activation instead:

Which has its own service instance and SmartObjects.
