k2 Studio Workflow

Please Help...

I have created a workflow that sents an email to manager for approval action. Am using a smartforms client event to send the notification to the manager  but after I deployed the workflow it doesn't show an errors or sent a notification.

Which email is the problem?  The client event email or the email events after "Manager Decision"?

Can you show us how the email is configured?

Problem is with the client email. 

 

when a prson is capturing information he click submit button to send notification to the manager for approval.

You're going to need to check the K2 host server logs for more information, you're probably hitting an error. Go into the 'K2 blackpearlhost serverin' folder at the installed path, (C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin), and look for the logs named like 'HostServerYYMMDD_n.log', then search around for errors using the timestamp for when the task is started.
