K2 for SharePoint (Office 365 VS SharePoint 2016) Workflow Steps Differ

The workflow steps on my Office 365 environment differ from my SharePoint 2016 environment.  Is this by design or am I missing something?

    Could you be more specific in regards to the steps you are refering to i.e which steps differ or are you not seeing all the workflow steps in you online env as opposed to on prem?
