I have created an email notification workflow in K2 designer in K2 VM server, and i have tried with the following id's

 

1. administrator@denalix.com

2. x@gmail.com

3. Official ID

 

Workflow triggerd and the status also updated, but  i didn't receive any email notification for the above id's.  

 

Can anyone guide me how to configure the email and how to view the flow of the workflow?

To have your email notification enabled, you must make sure you have checked the box option ‘Notify participants when they receive work item’ on the participants workflow wizard box.
