Hi,
I have a button that start the workflow. I click the button, an instance is created on the workspace (without Error), then workflow email events get executed, emails start arriving, BUT no worklist item is created.
Why the instance is created but the worklist item not?

In the K2 Workspace/Management/Workflow Server/Worklists do you see the tasks for that activity?
Also check the process instance state. Is it set to Active or Running. It should be Active. If its Running then its a problem with the instance
If so check to see when you're launching the workspace what account your browser is logged into.

It shows that the workflow started correctly but it is not assigned to the correct user, right? That might be the problem?
Just curious if you expand the plus sign on the left beside the foilio does it show the user names? Or what does it show?
It shows the service users. Attached is the screenshot.
On the activity, as Destination Users there are 2:
- OAUTH NOTIFICATIONS
- And the real user whom should have the process assigned
What's the Participants (or destination rule) look like for "Gestor Validation" step? This must not be set correctly.
Are the participants coming from a group or a smartobject? See what the membership of that group or smartobject is.
