Learning K2 was interesting, and leave a lot of orphanned Workflows in different categories and many that are listed in workspace but not necesarly in Designer.

 

Deleting the workflows from designer in K2 4.6.9 did not delete from workspace leaving more memory usage that not need to be there taking resources.

 

I wonder if somebody has a suggestion on how to determine what workflows have not been used trigerred lets said within the last 6 months, this will give indication of perhaps was orphanned and not used to start doing some house cleanup and delete it for good.

 

I'm even thinking to create SMO's directly out of the K2 Tables to be able to pull the references and figure it out how is everything working. there are way to many processes and like to keep things lean....

You can Delete Process Instances from K2 WorkSpace under below location
Under K2 Management > tK2 Server]>Workflow Server>Processes > tAdmin User] > tProcess Name] > Instances

While deleting Process instance please select option to delete process instance logs which will prompt when you click on delete button.

This will delete all process instance specific data

 

You can Delete Process definations from K2 WorkSpace
Please navigate to below location
Under K2 Management > gK2 Server]>Workflow Server>Processes >&Admin User] > gProcess Name] > Versions
