Hello K2 Community -

We will be implementing K2 4.7 soon and I am working on pulling together our internal K2 governance. I would greatly appreciate any guidance you would be willing to provide. Maybe I am approaching this wrong but I cannot seem to find anything related to this topic online. Who should be responsible for drilling into workflow errors? Is it the Workflow Admin? Do they have the access that they need? What the best practices that could be taught to Citizen Developers?

What are your thoughts? How would you define these? Thank you in advance for your time.

Brian

Hello Mustafa -

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond and for posting links to the resources. It is greatly appreciated. That said I don't believe the resources provided get to the heart of my question(s).  Who should be responsible for drilling into workflow errors? Is it the Workflow Admin? Do they have the access that they need? What the best practices that could be taught to Citizen Developers?

I welcome your thoughts.

Brian
