Hi 

 

 I am using Mail approval workflow from K2 studio .Once the user has approved Or Denied  from the mail, i want to capture the user who has actioned the task from the email .

I tried to retreive the the Destination user from activity destination     instance  from context browser but it takes K2 server . I want to capture the the user display name whoever has approved the task . 

 

How do i go about it?

Help much appreciated!!!

Are you getting the value inside the same activity that is assigned to the user? The activity destination will change with each activity, based on destination planning rules.  It's possible you are getting the service account value because you are now on an activity that no longer has a destination user and is handled by the server.
