I need to get the list of Views/Forms which are using a particular control (Say AutoComplete control) in server. How can we do that?

Not sure if I understood you well, but here is what you can do:
Run SmartObject Service Tester.exe from the provided directory below, and then execute your GetList method of the SmartObject that is incorporated with the View/Form that has that particular control.
