Hi!

 

I am ready to promote the IT Service Request SmartStarter from the DEV environment to our TEST environment.  Can I simply migrate the K2 system tables using Database scripts, OR do I have to run the SmartStarter install for the IT Service Request on the TEST environment as a prereq?

 

Also, is it best practice to move the tables from the K2 database to the LOB database?  Then, modify the SmartBox Service instance to point to the LOB database?
