I have a user who changed her last name (marriage) and we renamed the user's account in Active Directory, but the workflows assigned to her in K2 Workspace still show under her previous name/login. Is there a way to rename these? Will she be able to act upon them?

 

For example, we changed her account from MYDOMAINasmith to MYDOMAINajones.  The K2 Workspace shows things routed to her still under "asmith", not "ajones".

 

You can redirect any existing task for this user to her new account name:

1.  But does new instances of this same workflow assign it to her new account name or old account name?  If old, account name, you have may to update the workflow and redeploy it so that new instances are also assigning to the correct account.  This will usually depends on how task assignment was previously designed.
