Features of AssureSign

1. AssureSign supports word documents and PDFs as input file types and then outputs a PDF file.
2. AssureSign has both reminders that can be configured within the envelope or template as well as expiration dates that can be configured globally or by envelope/template.
3. AssureSign has its own document storage for signed documents, documents are held for 24 months from the signing date by default, and our infrastructure is all hosted on Azure.
4. While Nintex AssureSign does not have a dedicated mobile app, we do have mobile capabilities for signing on your phone via your phones web browser.
   1. Regarding chat, there is currently no native chat functionality in AssureSign itself, however you can chat with a member of the Nintex support team via Nintex Customer Central.
