Hello!
I have an internal user that ran a DocGen package (to generate an invoice/receipt), and they are receiving a "0% Queued" in the status bar. The process times-out.
I was told that they "ran the package and then walked away". When they returned and attempted to run the package again, the "0% queued" status appeared again.
I haven't seen this before. Can anyone provide guidance, please?
