Hi Team,
I have a Docgen package which creates a excel files and sends to multiple users. However, I’m not receiving the mails on ‘CC’ user. This field has been set as the one of the user email field present in the salesforce object and mentioned in the format like ‘<<Opportunity_User_Email>>’.
Please can anyone help me to find out the root cause for this?
