I'm in Salesforce DocGen Admin - Users - User Permissions On the right I see "5 of 5 users provisioned" but I can only see 3 users in the Admin box and 0 users in the Users box. Where are the other 2 users? I need to adjust permissions due to staff turnover. Any guidance would be appreciated. When I try to add a user or admin I get License Seats Exceeded.

In Lightning if you navigate to Setup > Apps > Packaging > Install Packages, click the "Manage Licenses" option next to "Nintex DocGen" and you will see who has been assigned a license. 



 



The lists in DocGen Admin will show users with a License and assigned either a "DocGen Admin" or "DocGen User" permission set, sometimes the list may not show a user who is licensed but missing the perm set.
