Postal Code Field not working in Word

Hi,

In creating my document template I've added Account Billing Street, City, State and they work fine, however PostalCode simply shows the field name as inserted in word - it doesn't populate the data. 

 

We are using version 17.1 (trial),  and Salesforce with NPSP.

I think we have solved this. It seems if there are two spaces in the word document in front of the field it does not work, but by removing one space it works as expected.
