Not able to retrieve multiple images from record with rich text field type

While creating a record, we are using multiple images on rich text area field. But while retrieving we are getting only first image from the record. 
Please look into this case also suggest by which features of Nintex we can retrieve multiple images from the record to create the pdf document.
