How to Replicate "Two Row" for multiple records in Microsoft Excel for Salesforce Document ?

I have an excel file where there many records are coming when i am doing replicate row.

but i want to iterate(replicate) two row for one record, like that for all records it will two two row for each records iterate.

Please Help me out.
