I just want to us the LongDate format but it seems to be the only option for Today not in the tagger.

 

Looking for either someway to update the tagger options or just type in the format.

Hi @BGilberg  - 

You should be able to achieve this with your Connected Data/Excel as Middleware feature. 

Link: 

  1. Push the Date tag into excel
  2. create a formatted output cell 
  3. Name that Output Single cell ( this tag will be used in your Word Template) 
  4. Place the tag in Word and the formatted output will full the long date in which ever format desired from the Excel document
