Hi All,

I am trying to pull data into my DDP (word template) conditionally based on Account number from an excel sheet. If an Account number (column A) in the spreadsheet matches with the one on Opportunity record then it should pull that row only. Can someone please help me with the filter criteria or how i can acheive this, i have been struggling since past few days with this.

Many Thanks.

@Abu the filter field on that page is actually for use with Salesforce reports. To do what you are looking for I would have another sheet where you have field being pulled into the excel from Salesforce and use vlookups to grab the data from the correct row on your sheet holding the data. You can then use that sheet as the one being pulled in to the word document.

@leighburke , that worked perfectly!! Thanks a ton.

Quick question, do i also need to add the excelsheet into the middle section of the DDP as it works fine by just linking the template to the spreadsheet. Would there be any issues by not doing so?

Thanks.

Abu
