Hi everyone,

I'm posting here hoping to raise awareness to Nintex about their customer central site. When I try to create a case, I get stuck in a constant "Creating your case..." loading loop, and doesn't create the case. I already emailed Nintex support, but my company email comes with a strict encryption software, so I'm not even sure if they can receive it. I've tried this on 2 different browsers, cleared cache & cookies on both, and on 2 different computers, it's definitely not a user-side problem.

 

I really don't think I'd be the only one to experience this issue, especially with it occurring on 2 different machines.

This is still happening, any updates?
I cannot send in a case via email because my office uses email encryption.
