Hi

 

I am trying to generate a DDP package from within a salesforce community as a community plus login user. I am creating a document and trying to attach to account object. I cretaed sharing rules for the account to give access to the profile and profile has DDP user/admin access. But when I use attacg option and generate the document it throws the following error

 

Error creating attachment for (Account:001W000000umkpoIAA) (insufficient_access_on_cross_reference_entity): insufficient access rights on cross-reference id (ExternalError)
Include this Error Id if you contact Nintex Support: 3567b84a-ac7d-4c60-aac3-75e880ac8998
 
Any thoughts on how to fix the error ?

@pbose_teladoc  I would contact the support team(support@nintex.com), as you are receiving an error.  They will be able to look into the error for you.



 



 

@pbose_teladoc I am getting the same error, were you able to fix the problem? If yes, what was the solution?
