Write and Database Failures. Version mismatch?

When experiencing intermittent database failures in the logs and sometimes write failures, for instance for the same process there are times when the a smartobject is not updated at submit.

There are 2 K2 servers load balanced by NLB,but it seems they are running two different versions 4.6.10. One is running on 4.12060.1690.0 while the other is running 4.12060.1690.2. Could this be the issue? What version would the database be running then and how do you align this.

Resolution

Please make sure that the correct version of K2 is being installed here. This is normally the case of why you may not be able to install K2.
