Symptoms

Workspace shows Black Pearl service account as the logged in user

Diagnoses

I have a development vm that I have been testing the latest release of black pearl. About an hour ago the workspace started showing the service account ( corplackpearl) as the logged in user when this is not the case. I can change to our production K2 server and my account is displayed.

Resolution

We determined that the K2 service account was cached on the client machine in the "Windows Credentials" cache against the development Workspace URL. I believe this may have been cached when the "Remember my Credentials" option was selected when logging into K2 Workspace using the K2 service account prior. Removing the Credential Cache for the K2 service account on the client machine allowed the browser to log in with the correct user account.
