Symptoms
Currently, our server administrators are able to redirect worklists by going to the following area from K2 Workspace: "Management Console" / "Workflow Server" / "Worklists" and redirecting them there. We would like a few users to be able to redirect worklists in production but we would not like to not set them up as administrators of the server nor grant them full administrative access to K2 Workspace. What is your suggestion for non-administrators of K2 to be able to redirect worklists in production? Is there a way to do this out of the box via roles or via permissions? If so, might you be able to point us in how to accomplish this?
We were also hoping you may be able to direct us to link or document that explains permissions in K2 workpace.
Diagnoses
This is expected behavior -- users need to have at the very least "Admin" rights for K2 Server and "Process Admin" rights in order for them to see and action i.e. redirect, delegate, and release task items that do not belong to them via the WorkLists Management page in workspace.
Resolution
There is no way around this, unfortunately.
