WorkSpace error when adding users
 

Diagnoses


K2 is installed on two nodes of an NLB. When you open workspace you can see the NLB and each node separately. In production you only see the NLB node.

Also when you go to management console, workflow server, Server rights you get the following error message.

Error: Could not load the grid: Failed to return Security Data Table: User K2:NT AUTHORITYANONYMOUS LOGON does not have Administrator rights.

If you access Workspace on the K2 server and can view Server Rights for that server but not for the NLB or the other node.

This was done using both the domain admin account and the K2 Service account. Both are local admins on each node of the NLB and are admins on each node in Workspace.
 

Resolution

Check to see if constrained delegation has been set up on the on the environment.
