Workspace controls missing after upgrade to K2 Blackpearl 4.6.9
 

Diagnoses

When using the workspace after the 4.6.9 upgrade, browsing lists like Instances on a given process you can see that the paging controls have gone missing and this makes it hard to sort instances or browse to other processes too. This occurs when using IE 11 in both regular and compatibility mode.


 

Resolution

Workaround:

Try to resize the window by restoring down and maximizing again or holding down F11 to enable full screen mode and pressing F11 again to return to a normal screen mode.

This should then reconfigure the workspace page and the controls should be visible again.
