Experts,

 

We provided the work space access(Management console tab) for the users, But they are unable to view that tab.

 

Path: Work Space – Security(Tab)—Workspace permissions.

 

Note: 1)The issue is same with all the users except service accounts

            2)The issuse is with all the tab access.

            3)New row has been created in hActionPermission] table, But still didnt get the access.

That's strange. Have you tried clearing all the permissions? Does the tabs return after clearing the permissions?

Yes, If i clear the permissions manually(From workspace) or from backend(Deleting all the records from the tableeActionPermission])

 

All the users are able to see all the tabs.

Hi,

 

If you dont have any entry created under Security tab in K2 workspace, by default all tabs will be available for eveyrbody to access it. The minute when you add any UserName explictly on the secutriy seciton, tabs will get disappeared to everybody except for the UserName you have added. This is how the current workspace works by design.

So if you need to give an access to Management console for everyone then dont add any entry on the security section.
