In my web app, wanted to list task items for the logged in user (as in Sharepoint) using k2 worklist.
Can we use the worklist webpart in visual studio webpage? How can we do that? Is this the same webpart used for MOSS or something else?

You can use the SourceCode.Workflow.Client API to create your own custom worklist. You'll find a howto in the developer reference - just search for Custom Worklist.
