Smartform Worklist Control name search taking 5-10 minutes to complete.
Diagnoses
Client is using a Smartforms Worklist Control and has multiple domains. Worklist control search was initially returning results in 5-10 minutes, now it is working faster after being cached. Search from Workspace takes 1-2 seconds. Client will upgrade to 4.6.9 to see if it helps.
Resolution
Client upgraded to 4.6.9. The worklist control now has a loading wheel and returns results in 1-2 seconds.
