Symptoms

There doesn't seem to be an option to view or edit the conditions for items below the 10th row in the list of conditions when configuring a filter in Workspace. This is problematic for users that would like to have more than 10 conditions on their filter and edit/delete them as needed.
 

Diagnoses

This has been logged as a bug, and the only way to edit or even delete a filter condition below the 10th item in the filter list is to delete the item in the 10th row repeatedly until the wanted item moves up, which is obviously not ideal.
 

Resolution

This behavior has been logged as a bug against the following item:

TFS 517266: Workspace: Worklist Filters - Adding more then 10 conditions in a filter - You cannot select the dropdown arrow of the condition - it keeps selecting the 10th condition

Currently there is no workaround except for the one that you are employing. Since this was just logged with 4.6.8, it is unknown as to the timeframe in which the fix for this item will be implemented into the product.
