Worklist Control is not filtering correctly in either of our environments
 

Diagnoses

When using a single criteria for the worklist control, the tasks returned are correct, but when using criteria with an OR logical operator, the tasks returned are incorrect. This issue is occurring in both of our environments (K2-Dev, K2-Prod). Please see the attached document for an example.
 

Resolution

The customer was provided a custom coldfix to correct the worklist control filter issue that would not interfere with an existing solution.

In a meeting with the customer, we applied the coldfix which surfaced another issue with compound worklist filters. That issue has been reproduced and logged.
