Symptoms

Workflow history reporting is not functioning correctly. Individual list items do not show any instance history on the "K2 Workflows" page.
 

Diagnoses

lProcDelete was deleting too many entries from mServerLog].]ItemInstanceInput], causing workflow history to go missing.
 

Resolution

A codefix was created to make lProcDelete only delete the required ItemInstanceInput rows. This codefix was applied to the server.

The codefix will also be applied permanently to a future update. If you run in to this issue, please log a support ticket referencing this community article.
