Symptoms

Workflows do not start on item creation for some users.
 

Diagnoses

Checked Workspace to validate permissions on the process. Made sure the group was in the database. Executed the URM- Get Group Method. Created the SmartObjects for the USER-Find Group Users as they had not been created.
 

Resolution

Creation of the SmartObjects fixed the issue as users are now able to start the workflow on item creation.
