Symptoms

After the user of the method "GoToActivity" from the Smart Form or Workspace, we see that all other activities are expired.

Resolution

The GoToActivity action is therefore an advanced feature that must be used with caution. Note: There is a method only available via the APIs (C# code) to define the activity to be replaced FROM-TO (WorkflowManagementServer.GotoActivity). Please find attached a broker (non-standard, unsupported) that can be called (see "Example with K2 WorkFlowManagement.png" and "K2Field.WorkflowManagement.zip").
