Symptoms
Workflow Running in Loop (Duplicates) created using the Event Scheduling Accelerator.
Diagnoses
We are constantly improving the appit environment making changes and updates to the system. At the moment of the issue there haven't been and modifications to the accelerator.
Resolution
The workflow had the When an Items is created and when an Item updated as the trigger. Unchecking the when an Item updated start rule fixed the issue with the workflow running on a loop. Reviewing the issue with the accelerators team, they confirmed that there were no recently changes to the accelerators.
