K2 SharePoint event process does not start on document set/folder update.
Diagnoses
Issue reproduced on support environment and logged as bug. K2 process with SharePoint workflow integration works on document set update.
Resolution
Logged a bug regarding k2 sharepoint event process not able to start on document set update and linked this ticket to TFS item. The bug once reviewed will be fixed in the future versions of the K2 product.
We were able to create a new reference by calling the document set smartobject and passing in the document set item name (using the xml Folder name of the document item that was updated). Using the newly created reference, we were able to get document set metadata on document update k2 process with sharepoint event integration.
