Workflow getting an 'Empty Folio' error
Diagnoses
- There were three 'Start a Workflow' rules in place in the same area
- The 'Start the Workflow' rule associated with the workflow wizard had no SmartObject supplied in the Item Reference field.
- The Workflow was set to use an Item Reference from outside of the form that launched the workflow, and was targeting the Get List method instead of Load
Resolution
- Removed the extra workflow launch rules
- Dragged the SmartObject reference from the context browser into the workflow's Item Reference field
- Removed the existing Item Reference in the workflow's Start Rule and replaced it with one specifically from the View that launches the workflow
