Symptoms

Workflow Item reference empty. Item reference in workflow not getting values that I am passing from the Smart Form.

I am getting following error message:
Service: SP2013Service Service Guid: 8627bf46-b829-415b-8fab-5cf8dd51c99a Severity: Error Error Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 

Diagnoses

Object reference not set errors usually means that the Service Instance was recreated.

after re running the Smartforms integration on the workflow we started to see the values passed to the workflow.
