Symptoms


We get below error from K2 Workspace and it goes to ERROR state, please advise-

YS.K2.ProcessesHR DepartmentWorkflowsYS.HR.Leave.Process L010187 Leave Initiation Mail SourceCode.Workflow.Common.EWS: Autodiscover not available and mail cannot be sent. Reconfigure K2 server with valid Exchange settings. 1/2/2017 4:12:14 PM 1/2/2017 4:12:02 PM
 

Diagnoses


customer reported that "We recently updated our K2 service account production passwords" it is resolved from the connectionStringEditor after updating the passwords then restarting
