Symptoms

We have an issue when the workflow's folio is always blank. We have tried several things to get any value to be reported as the folio but no success.
 

Diagnoses

There are some special cases when Sharepoint column with '&' in it name could cause this behavior. This is a known behavior and a TFS Item has been created.
 

Resolution
 

Changing the column name containing a & (Ampersand), re mapping the Item references, and redeploying the project resolved the issue. A TFS item has been created to resolve this issue in future releases.
