Workflow failure - Primary Credentials Not authenticated
 

Diagnoses


One of the workflow instances on Production failed an error message Primary Credentials Not authenticated. I guess this is related to the account with which the workflow runs ?

This happens to fail on a workflow step, is it possible to know why this is happening?
 

Resolution

Running group sync following using the KB article below:

http://community.k2.com/t5/K2-Appit/Synchronize-Site-Groups/ta-p/70110

This potentially could of happened due to the Oauth token needing to be authorized or re-authorized for use.

Please do add yourself to the Oauth Notification group which will allow you to get emails as to when the token may expire.
