Configuration: Windows 2003 server R2, K2 BlackPoint

In my case ever thing works fine. I can create and deploy blackpoint workflow into sharepoint but when try to start it, the workflow always fail on start. I tried both web based and k2 studio method in both cases the deployment is successful but the workflow always fail on start!

1st workflow had only a simple mail activity to send a mail on item creation.

2nd workflow had only a simple delete activity which deletes the SharePoint list item on item creation.

Non of above workflow starts correctly.

There is no any meaning full error given in the developing server error logs or console log

I am running a K2 blackpoint wiht  a developer licen.

And workaround or suggestions ?
