Symptoms
Unable to edit workflow - it errors when loading.
Diagnoses
When deleting an activity FromLines are not removed and child outcome Levels are not updated corrupting the workflow objectmodel
Resolution
this is a bug and will be fixed in Appit 1.4.
the only way to get past this is to revert to the previous version of the WF before it got corrupted
