WinInet Error Codes
We've been seeing intermittent errors the K2 hostserver log in production that follow this syntax:
"An unexpected error occurred while attempting to execute a server-side operation.
>12029] error (error)"
This message also manifests itself as a pop up error to our users. The error code in brackets changes occasionally. We've seen 12019, 12029, 12031, etc.
Diagnoses
Timeout errors and the error code indicates exactly where the timeout occurred (network, SQL, etc.) Is that accurate? Are these K2 error codes or are they coming from another component? If the former is the case, is there a list or documentation anyplace that explains the error codes?

Some of them originate from interrupted AJAX web service calls from the end user attempting to get or set their data. If you get the chance, we might be able to detect where the errors are coming from by enabling host server logging: http://help.k2.com/kb000298
