Windows identity issue - Failed Active Directory Migration
 

Diagnoses

When you have a couple of users that have an identity issue. It seems K2 resolves these users to a different domain. Once the user cache resolves by default of 8 Hours it seems that it switches the user domain account, is their a reason why this is happening. ?




 

Resolution

Please double check to see that within AD that the domain account has not been migrated or the migration process has not been completed as this will cause conflict when trying to resolve users within the K2 DB. If this is the case you will see two SIDs sitting one both domains and to fix this you would have to complete the migration on the AD side.
