Windows account locked out by K2 reporting services
Diagnoses
This issue occurs after changing/updating a windows users password. When trying to get onto the report section of a SharePoint Site the Windows account gets locked out.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved upon the call by applying the following in K2 Workspace:
Under security >>> User settings >>> edit the K2 Label user credentials, with the new password.
After this you may reattempt to go into the report section of Workspace without being locked out.
